As I was "walking" my heart rate down before I had to be home ... with 8 minutes to spare to take my daughter to middle school, I just felt this gratitude. I said to that "God Universe" space within me, "Thank you thank you thank you. I am grateful I can run, I am grateful the sun is shining, I am grateful I am continually sustained, and I am so grateful I see who I am. Thank you for helping me see."

The energy of my being is the way I can bring change to the world. That is it. As I live love, love is given more space in the world. As I live peace, peace becomes the "way" around me. As I offer healing, healing is present. My power lies in MY thoughts, MY actions, MY giving, MY energy. But in those, I AM able to change the world through always offering my ALL for goodness, light, truth, peace, love, and unity.

I am defined by my energy and that is determined within me. I am defined by how I treat people and what I DO not what I look like. I am defined by the influence I have in the lives of those around me and not by what others see briefly as they get a limited glimpse of my life. The definition of ME is determined by MY OWN perception and that perception is shaped and fashioned after my TRUE nature ... I know that I am divine. I know that I am beautiful. I know that I am valuable. I know that I am happy. I know that I know peace. All else matters not. I know God, I have connected to that space within, and we're good so it's all good.
